What’s included

If you are a local vendor, artist or entrepreneur engaged. in farm to table fresh foods, cafes, crafts or any complementary small business that can enhance. the community experience of the Market, then we want to hear from you.

Currently, we envision vendor booth activities to be available only Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with special events to be scheduled during the week subject to availability.  Market hours will be determined by on-site management and subject to sufficient vendor participation.

Each approved vendor will have approx. a 100 sqft shade canopy outdoor space within with access to open seating in the middle of the courtyard for special events as seen on these conceptual renderings. The individual vendor booths will be distributed on a first come first serve reservation system per this chart (link). Each 100 sqft booth is $500/month plus expenses under a month to month license agreement, has access to the center courtyard for its patrons and is promoted on our website & directory.

We can offer month to month leases to 20 select produce, coffee, art & event vendors that will have a positive impact, are in demand and will complement our overall community cooperative. This concept will be an interim (2-3 year) social enterprise and will eventually be integrated into the permanent mixed use affordable housing project planned for this site, in one form or another.

All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming 43 Blvd Crossroads LLC as Additional Insured.  If you don’t have insurance, you may purchase vendor insurance from Hiscox.com. Please be advised that each event on site will require its own insurance so it may be more cost beneficial to you to purchase any special events coverage for a one year term rather than a per event coverage.
