Concept Development
2025
We are developing the concept & approach, raising awareness of our project, seeking 20 family investors & refining our design for the entitlement process. This will be a 100% privately funded project under all governing city, county, state & federal regulations.
Design & Permits
2026
We will submit full construction drawings & seek a ministerial building permit approval from the City of San Diego which should not be longer than 9 months. If we need to secure bridge financing, we will do so by the end of the year.
Construction
2027
We will bid the project construction & execute a contract with a reputable builder to start construction which should take 18+ months. Investors will be able to review all construction & design documents from beginning to end of construction.
Occupancy
2028
By the end of the year, we hope to have concluded all construction, interior design & final occupancy preparations to take our first residents before the new year.
